This 1.2 cm thick cordierite pizza stone ensures fast cooking. When the appliance is running, the stone turns through 360° in the oven to cook the pizza evenly. It is positioned behind the front stone. The two stones should not touch each other when rotating. Clean the stone with a slightly damp cloth and a brush.
